Yes it is only vitamins. I take magnesium, potassium, iron, B-12, vitamin D (every 3 weeks) My Dr. stopped calcium and folic acid. I also inject EPREX every 2 weeks for my red blood count.

Hi Love …that’s good ..no way should he have left it like that ….he should be doing it for free ….  Craig has just left ,,he put new lights in the bedroom ..he put new  switches on last week..,  that’s the bedroom finished…thank goodness!    I find it really stressful doing work in the house ,,if that happened to me I would have went spare..l always think they ..take a loan of you…like when we go for a coffee…I always feel as though I’m the one that’s always paying ..it’s making me not want to go ..moan over ..lxxx🎀

I WAS OVERJOYED TO SPEAK TO MY BROTHER. IT WAS A VERY BAD CLOT AND HE COULD HAVE PASSED AWAY IF IT HAD TRAVELLED. I AM HAPPY HE IS HOME.
AS FOR JOHN, THINGS ARE GOING VERY WELL. HE HAS APPOINTMENTS FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS AND HE HAD A NIGHTMARE ABOUT THEM LAST NIGHT. WE WERE AWAKE EARLY TILL HE FIGURED IT OUT AND WENT BACK TO SLEEP. HE THOUGHT HE MISSED AN APPOINT. BUT HE DID NOT. ITS JUST THAT HE HAS SO MANY APPOINTS. HE WAS UP CHECKING HIS AGENDA AND ALL. POOR BABY. IT IS SO DEEO THET IT HAS TO HEAL FROM THE BOTTOM UP TO THE TOP OF HIS HEAD AND ITS DOING WELL, NO PUSS, NO BLOOD BUT IS IS NOT FILLING IN FAST.  WE ARE GOING OUT TO A NICE ITALIAN RESTO ON SUNDAY NIGHT
