Anytime Jojo and Rylee do things together - they race each other and bark - loudly! Going up the stairs - thundering little feet and barking. Going outback - again - thundering feet and frantic barking - as they race out the door and knock things over and off the deck. Elephants have nothing on these two. I'm trying to show hubby how to get them out without their frantic noise. "It is simple" I say to him and show him. I get myself ready - pick up a toy for Rylee - I hold Jojo's collar and give Rylee the toy. I open the door and out goes Rylee - I send Jojo out and - quiet! Easy. Not according to hubby. I suppose that's one old dog that will not learn this new trick. Happy Friday.

Many of you know that Rylee hates to step in poo. (I don't blame him) So when we play in the back yard He's very cautious where he steps and if the throwing stick lands near any poo he won't pick it up until I go out and clean up the offending fecal matter. I noticed the other day that instead of allowing the stick to land on the ground he is neatly snagging it out of the air - each time! I have started telling him "Good catch!" He leaps and jumps and very rarely misses. I am amazed at his skill with this - he could catch for an all star ball team. Happy Thursday.
