Good morning Deirdre, how difficult for your friend and her mother -in-law. I can just imagine the level of constant care. It's so good that your foot has healed well and you are walking a lot now. Sounds like a very good recovery. I am in the studio every day that I can, which is most days and weekends too. I like to do a bit everyday so I continue to feel connected. My energy is low at the moment so it's even more important to keep working. Hope you are out and about and enjoying your weekend xo
