I hope your day is going well sweetie. I do different meats each week including Beef which is popular with the hubby and my youngest. Funny how sons tend to pop in for lunch for us both then lol. My favourite Roast for dinner/lunch is Leg of Lamb. Sunday is our biggest meal of the week as we both need to watch our weight for health sake. I really like to have one day where the main meal is full on nutrition with a little bit of what we love (roast potatoes) . Usually its all we have to eat all day as we are full to the brim, until a light supper in the evening, we have 6 vegetables dishes and tasty gravy lol. . Take care Hun , Hugs xxx
