Yes l agree , l try to keep hubby on a healthy regimen . Silly man, if he does the shopping he comes back with naughty treats . He has to watch his weight or he will be in danger of having to have emergency surgery. Dont get me wrong l do "allow" him the odd sweet treat every few weeks, and chips once a week. I cant stop him buying or eating high calorie empty nutrition foods. Having said that he now has adapted how he cooks his breakfast now , a full English . Poaches and microwaves high fat food . I dont eat the same food  as he does for breakfast. I like the smell lol. but could not eat it first thing in the morning. Do have a wonderful rest of your day Hun, take care xxx
