🍀☘️☀️🍪Let myself sleep in today. High of 63/17 today so much cooler. Didn't get much done yesterday, but I did get 14 rows knit on the complicated scarf and finished a baby hat so that's something. Baking cookies today as usual. Happy Sunday!
Hi Miahela yesterday I made a shepards pie, a mixture of minced beef, gravy and vegetables topped with cheese and mashed potatoes.  It was tasty. My husband has grown to dislike peas and carrots so i left vegetables out of the mixture and just had green beans on the side. Yesterdays produce basket was interesting, acorn squash, cabbage, cauliflower, fennel, potatoes, garlic (a lot of garlic!!) oranges, apples, romaine lettuce. I will probably give one of the big cabbages and the acorn squash to my bonus daughter I plan to use the cauliflower tonight. Have never used fennel so it will be interesting. Research says it tastes like licorice ...very odd.
