Good evening hon. I think I may have over did it this morning. I’m not supposed to pick up anything over 10lbs. But it’s been a week since I had surgery. So today I picked up a case of water to put on the Kitchen Counter to put in the refrigerator. My right arm started to hurt and a little bump popped up on my right wrist. So I put the bottles in the refrigerator. I been watching my wrist. The pain is still there not as bad and the bump haven’t gotten any worse. So I will relax rest of the day.
