Hi Rose, hope everything is ok and that you all had a lovely Christmas. We bought a gammon joint to have Boxing Day - but were to have it today - unfortunately, we both thoughti it was cooked when we bought it because it was with all the other cold meat Christmas fancy stuff. Opened the box to carve it for dinner tonight - it was Uncooked! Another frantic menu change. Hope this made you smile. Looking forwards to having you backxx
