Hi Nicky - this humidity is definitely tough to take!   We have a small air conditioner that helps.   I've been doing lots of running.   Had my granddaughter here visiting for a few days this week - we went to see Beauty and the Beast at a local theater - there was a Broadway touring company performing the play. It was fabulous!  Tomorrow I'm back to playing scrub woman for a day!  lol   I hope you have a good day tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that you haven't been
well ~ Pleased that your weather has
cooled down ~ We have a heat advisory
in place until 8PM CDT tomorrow and
warmed to 33 degrees today and expect
more of the same for our holiday ~ Just
got home from dinner with a Friend ~ I
have psoriasis and also suffer from
Osteo Arthritis, so my joints hurt
pretty much all of the time ~ I
know all too well how stressors make
things even worse than they need to
be! Hope you enjoy your Friday,
