Good morning lovely,  batch cooking - takes me back years to when Col worked shifts. It works so well, and no rubbish, just good food.
Cataract - the eye  drops are a pain, but worth it in the long run.
Can I ask what causes the joint pain? So many different causes.  Will add you to the healing list, if that is okay?
Mine is a day of shopping and chores - you know, the boring stuff, ha ha.
