Oh Nicky, that is such a pretty cardie, you are clever.
My day has been one of chores, the usual Monday stuff.  Just catching up in here and then listening to an audio book and crocheting.  The book that I am listening to at the moment is a Barbara Erskin 'Sleepers Castle'.  I enjoy reading and listening to her books.

Hi Nicky. I am glad to hear you are feeling good apart from the aches and pains, I was the same this morning when I woke up, got a lovely hot bath, took some pain meds and put on a new patch and started feeling better in myself. I don't think this weather helps with the arthritis etc, I like to watch a place in the sun and would love to move somewhere warm, but then I would get fed up of the heat, so cant win.
