Good morning lovely one, yes, many happy households last night. A good win. Lots of messages going on, throughout the match, between Col, son and grandson. All very happy.
Sad that you can no longer garden, we have cut back on what we grow, we have a much smaller garden since moving back to UK. But we wouldn't be able to cope with anything bigger. But I do like 'connecting' with Mother Earth in my garden, and have a regular meditation in the garden.
Re your Mum, has she tried massaging her knees with castor oil? It has to be done regularly, and helps some people with arthritis. Just a thought.
