That seems very unfair doesn't it? Why would they not even get the minimum wage for working there? I can understand it if they're only there for a week or 2 now & again, watching what goes on & learning a few things, but if it's a permanent arrangement it doesn't feel right at all. I hope Luke gets an apprenticeship there seeing as he's so keen on it. Colin stopped taking joinery apprentices years ago because he said it was costing him time & money to do it & there were so many hoops he had to jump through that he felt it wasn't worth it. He's very happy driving for Tesco now, says it's the best job he's ever had. Lol :-)
