Morning Jennifer, managed to get a GP appointment, next Wednesday, which isn’t too bad these days. I don’t like the doctor I’m seeing but needs must. Started my new physio, it’s making my foot hurt so it’s doing something. Weather ok her so got the bedding in the wash, daughter gave me another book to read, it looks quite heavy going so I might read a lighthearted one first

Hello Jennifer, TY for the Centaur and PD. Bird song usually wakes me and then the sun rising which also wakes the cats. Somewhat before 6 a.m at the moment. I pretend to be still aleep and hopefully drift off again. I usually do listening to talk back radio. Now to go and prepare my dinner. Enjoy your day.
