Friday afternoon sprinkles after a much later start to the day but still needing 2 cups of lemon and manuka honey to get the marbles in place or as Poirot would say the "little grey cells"🙂 Here we are, late afternoon and still not done too much. A few phone calls, a little washing and drying, Toastie for lunch and now on my second cappuccino😊...a lovely day with decent temperatures but with a still dodgy sciatic nerve and slight chill my decision to do nothing much at all, I feel was the most sensible way to spend my day. Soup and cake underway...reading and knitting to do. Murdo in his best snoozing mode so just a quiet supper and craft evening ahead...

Hi Jennifer good afternoon sprinkle . I had a soggy walk to the hairdressers this morning and Jim picked me up after . I can imagine the Orchid display was amazing. The two pupils with behaviour issues were both off on Tuesday . It was so nice to have a “normal “ class . It’s also been Aspirations week . So we have had visitors in to talk to the children. Monday the Heads daughter came into talk she is a Police officer in Manchester. She brought in her uniform including her baton and handcuffs. The children thought it was great . Tuesday we had a Vet who brought in his 55 year old Tortoise Angelica and his 8 year old Gecko Jemima. He had to operate on Angelica last year so didn’t want her to hibernate and has kept her awake . She was so good with the children. She very much liked her head stroked. Have a lovely weekend x
