Hi Jen sun went in as soon as I got up fools me all the time . Been rather overcast most of the day till tea time . I did my washing , relaid the fire for when I need it again did the bedroom windows and sorted one of the wardrobes . Will do more in the week . Liz and the kids came round tonight they bought me a beautiful plant it’s an arbutilon very pretty loads of lemon flowers on it it’s like a mini tree I’m wondering where I’m going to put it and how big it will get will have to read uo about it . In bed now Night godbless xx

Saturday evening sprinkles...

Sciatic nerve still a problem but it has eased over the last 24 hours...
The stomach cramping is still there but easier than yesterday...I have an idea that the problem is from a chocolate bar that I have had over the last few days...I have to be careful with certain food ingredients, sadly...one day...I will learn...🙁
