Good morning Jennifer, I hope you are well and enjoying the children and grandchild? You was such a busy bee yesterday and made the most of the weather.
I biked 42 miles and that was a hard ride and the speed we where going. I had an avg 17.5mph. Will be doing a bit of gardening today and a walk.
