Hello Jennifer, TY for the Mouse and PD. I had a curious day today. Earlier I was outside and had a door open for the cats. When I went inside I saw feathers around. Strange as if one of the cats had caught a bird I would surely have seen them entering the house with it. Tidied up th feathers and searched for a body. Nothing. Then as I eating dinner I happened to glance up at a curtain rod and there was a small bird perched there. Now the fun began. I used a broom to sweep it down and it ƒlew into my kitchen area. My living area is open plan. As it was night I reluctantly opened my front door hoping the bird would fly out. The cats took advantage and went out. Sigh. I grabbed a tea towel and tried to cover the bird. FAIL. It flew back into the lounge room and Mungo came back inside interested in what was happening. Happily my tea towel worked and as I picked up the bird I told it was silly to fly into a house of cats. Then I gently placed it outside. Both cats are inside now and bird is outside. Enjoy your day.
