That sounds lovely. I love a good tidy.
I won! I trapped the mama kitty in the carrier and got her into my homemade cage. She panicked a bit and spilled the bowl of food but not the water. So it is still edible and on a floor mat. I moved the kittens into the cage with her and they had full fat tummies and were sleepy. So she is a good attentive mother and now I can use my garage again. It will be about 8 weeks before the kits can be weaned and she can be altered. Problem for later is getting her trapped within the cage. Another worry for later on.
