Got the results and the good news is I have an old spine. Bulging disks and a hint of spondylosis (widows bump). Dr. feels confident that local anesthetic and steroid injection will help. Now I just have to remember not to sit funny for long periods of time and make it worse.
Glad you got some rain. We did too but it is still hot here as well. Fall is my favorite time of year and I hope we have a long nice one!

Yes, I’ve read a few of her books. She’s good. I sat in the garden for an hour and read some more but it was too hot, sitting with the fan going full blast. Son doing ok at the moment, still stressed at work but coping otherwise.
