Morning sprinkle and hugs, Fern! That's a possibility, but be careful buying used machines. And make sure that they have the specifications that you would need. If you were only browsing the web, a Chromebook might be a possiblilty and they are relatively inexpensive. However, to the best of my limited knowledge about them, they may not be much good for anything else. I don't think there is a LibreOffice version for them. Anyway, the whole thing should be approached with some caution. A more "hands on" approach would be good. It's hard for me to make recommendations from here.
