Mama is feeding the kittens so I don’t have to. Yay! I caught her and put her and babies into a large cage that I built. I cleaned it today and pet her through the side of the cage where she was wedged hiding from me. She didn’t attack just flinched a bit, but progress. I gave her a covered pet bed and she was in that while the babies were in the other carrier. So she got a bit of a break from them. They are fat tummies asleep. I will be able to find homes for the babies but unless she thaws I won’t know where she will wind up. Rule of thumb going forward is to not rescue any cats that won’t let me pick them up. Glad your friend is so successful at their rescue!

Afternoon splash. No fires near me. but lots in B.C. right now. I am in the middle of the city, so it would be a real stretch to think of a fire getting this close Supposed to rain for the next few days ,A good downpour sure wouldn't hurt right now.
