     .♥█▓Ɔ  Տթɾìղƙℓєʂ * Good morning Nancy.  I take advantage of the days when I'm feeling good and have the energy but I have to watch how much I do because it can kick up my arthritis.  I use icepacks and a heating pad when I need it. These golden yrs. are not so golden I tell ya.  I'm doing a bit of housework today and than spend the rest of the day reading since it's not going to be so nice to be outside.  Have a good day, Nancy xx

Morning! It will be a nice day again, sunny and 60.  I went through my gifts that I have bought so far.  I am about 1/2 done with my shopping.  I'm glad I did a check.  Today we will take a nice walk and maybe spend a bit of time outside.  There won't be too many days like this left.  Enjoy your day!
