It's been a little cool all day due to the breeze, but the air temp is 55F.  We took a nice walk.  Charlie got to see two of his friends (human).  He met my walking buddy's sister today.  He seemed to like her.  This afternoon, I let Charlie out back and there were hundreds of tiny red ants in the corner of the patio next to the house.  I sprayed pet friendly ant spray, but then brought Charlie back in.  I poured water on them instead.  When we went out later, they were mostly gone, but I poured more water on them.  Tonight I will spray again and in the morning I will put some caulk where the patio and house meet. 
How do you like the new countertop?  You're lucky it's only one day you are without a sink.
