It got quite warm today. We managed a walk around 11 am. It didn't feel too bad when we started, but towards the end it was pretty warm. Charlie was not interested in being outside much after that. The house got toasty so I closed all the windows and turned on the AC. Laundry is all done. I made a pasta salad with some red, white and blue pasta. I put in chicken breast, grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, green pepper, onion, and used a Tuscan Italian dressing. Unfortunately, time got away and it won't be ready to eat until tomorrow. I need to wait for the flavors to meld. So it's hot dogs and cole slaw tonight. The salad looks pretty though. I might post a picture when I plate it. Enjoy your evening and stay cool.
