Good evening Cath I hope you have had a good day and it wasn't too hot for you. We had 34C today, Pippin and I spent the afternoon indoors with the fans running.  No walkies as it was still 30C at 9 pm, he had a play in the garden at 10 pm.  I started to go to the gym a few weeks ago as I want to lose some weight, it is certainly helping me as I do the strength machines too and already all the pains in my hips have gone as the muscles are getting stronger.  Hard to sleep here last night too and I don't think it will be any better this evening.  Goodnight have a good day tomorrow.
