Hi Cath,  thanks for the good wishes on my swimming lesson- I need them!!!!!  I'm off to that in about 30 minutes.  There were big storms and high winds Sunday night and again Monday night.  Unfortunately I did have damage.  The ash tree in the front yard (25 years old) had two large limbs snap and they are hanging on by a thread so to speak.  If they do fall, I think they will fall on the driveway.  I was able to get my tree service to come out and look at it, they decided it was a high priority and will get me worked in tomorrow afternoon.  I also got water in the downstairs bedroom, there is some standing water outside around the foundation where water got in   :(    Called multiple places this AM and a week from this coming Thursday is the first appointment available, I pray no more rain!  But there is rain in the forecast nearly every day.   :(  Not sure if there is a problem with the foundation or if the sump pump, which does definitely work, needs to be upgraded or replaced.  It sure could have been worse though. I did not lose power but over 10,000 people did, my best friend, who lives about 1.5 miles from my house, she had no electricity all night.  Although maybe I'd rather go without electricity for a night and not have water inside!
