Hi Cath! I hope you've had a good weekend. Off on an "adventure" (LOL) tomorrow afternoon. I joined a CSA this year- I don't know if you have that in the UK- community supported agriculture- you buy a share of a farm's crop, paid in the winter/spring and then from summer through fall you get a box of fresh produce each week. the one I joined also has a few you-pick events at the farm too, and tomorrow I am going out to pick early-season peas. It should be fun, there's a chance of rain but hopefully it holds off until evening. I'll be splitting the weekly produce haul with two friends. I also ordered a carton of peaches from Georgia, they should arrive this coming week and I will be using them to freeze for smoothies and also to make some jams. Minnesota is not a good climate for peaches, too cold. Take care- sending love & hugs. (I'll try to remember to pick peas with my good wrist, LOL)
