Senior moments. Happens to me all the time. Yes I'm pleased with updates about Scottie, I try not to be hopeful because I know things can turn on a dime.Thank you for the continued prayers for the family. News on Monica's itinerary for her visit, they will get in St. Lou about 10 am on Wednesday, they will rent a car, drive to see Roxanne, spend a few hours there, and then drive her to stay the rest of the time. She thinks she will be here around 4. I don't think that will happen, but we will see. We will have lasagna one meal, roast and fixings another, and then going to Mexican here in town for Ed's birthday. We both are glad to see them, but in the same breath glad it is only for a few days. I hope you have a good day. I'm waiting on WRC to show to start a new round of quest. I should have my cooking mostly done by then. Please be careful go out and try to move the car or shovel. Sending my Bestie lots of love, hugs and kisses!

Night time sprinkles....I just checked your weather....I see your getting snow as I write this. Ugh! I can imagine how you are feeling right now. Did you attempt to go out? I know you said you had a package delivered by the mail. Yes Ed made it home just fine. He didn't get home until about 3 pm. Scottie update. She is eating, not wanting to drink much but eats when the food is tasty. She is eating, drinking some, playing, smiling and sleeping well. Then Kathy sent me photos, they finally were able to hold her after after 11 days. They were really fighting back the tears, you can tell it was a very emotional touching moment for all of them. Brought tears to my eyes for sure. They sent photos of what is going on with her lungs, they are doing specific blood tests to try and determine exactly what type of infection they are dealing with. In one of her lungs is a air pocket, it shows some healing in one of the lungs, with fluid in the bottom, there are white spots in the middle and top which is gunk/mucus/ and infection. I think she is doing better. It seems that she is able to tolerate food, so we are hopefully they remove the NG tube. Answered prayers. I so want to be hopeful but ap
