Hi Susan, I had a lovely sleep, it wasn't so cold last night, but it's made up for that this morning. omg.. It's like being in the arctic. I forgot to mention with the scone recipe.. I double the ingredients, you can also freeze scones once they are baked.. sending love and hugs xxx
