Good morning Susan 🌻 welp it was not inexpensive but I had to get the exhaust fixed (again)  these bumpy dirt roads I live on are so hard on vehicles.  Sat there in the coffee shop almost 7 hours waiting on them to fix it.  Walked back there to check on it and suddenly they had time to drive it in and put the exhaust on.  I sat there glaring at them as I waited.  Good times.   No, the kids didn't show up Sunday.  I messaged them around 7 pm and wished them a great start to their new school year.   Granny needs to get a new life - STAT    Hope all's good with you my friend.  Hugs 🐾

Night time sprinkles....thank you for all the Birthday love today. I sent you some photos of the lantern. I love it. I can't believe how bright the cut outs shine through the lantern. It was good to chat a bit this morning. It has been an exhausting day, just a lot of distractions and just kind of felt anxious. Don't know why, just feeling a bit off. We didn't go to lunch, we just run Molly's samples up and come straight home. That was fine with me, I needed to get home to feed Sis. Did you get your big shopping done today? If so I hope you enjoyed the outing. Did you find the cilantro? Did you go out to lunch or early dinner? Heading to bed soon. Went to Bridwell for coffee this morning but didn’t see the deer today- the grass is brown ☹️. Have had a relaxing afternoon with some reading and easy tidying of my conservatory. Our tourist season quietens down around the end of the first week of September as the children go back to school. The weather is supposed to become wet and windy this week but the forecast isn’t always right but we do,need the rain. Boys are outside- they took an hour to come home last night but I had called them earlier as it’s dark now at 9pm. Love and hugs from across the pond 🌅xxx
