Hi Susan. Glad you’ve had a good celebration for,your friends birthday. Very showery against today and a bit chilly. There would be no swimming here!. Not many fun things for brownies mainly badge work.  We will decorate the church for harvest festival. The food is then taken to a charity that helps homeless people. Went to a funeral this afternoon for a lady that used to be a guider. Boys are now outside as they were I. All afternoon.  Love and hugs from across the pond 🌅xxx

Morning sprinkles...I'm so glad you both enjoyed M's special day, with all the food, gifts and conversation. I'm sorry that Holly that is so self absorbed that she couldn't take a few minutes of her time to call her dad. At least the boys reached out to him. I guess 2/3 ain't bad. According to Meatloaf(the band), still pretty bad that Holly didn't. So nice all 4 of you will be able to go before John leaves later in the month. I can imagine how M feels about all the kids being away. Ed's daughter the last one who lived near us, is in the process of moving to AL to be closer to her mother and father in law who moved there 2 years ago. He kind of was hurt when he heard. So 2 in PA and one in AL. What is sad, she didn't even tell him until after the boys had already located, Will is 11 and Ben is 8 so he didn't even get to see them before they left, and I have a feeling she will without coming to see her dad as well. All about the other family!!!! One day they will regret it, well maybe not....too self absorbed. I do hope have the opportunity to get to the beach this week. I will making bread and butter pickles, as I have cukes coming out of my ears, nobody wants any and I don't want t
