Good afternoon Susan 🌻 was trying to do some tidying up in the yard this morning before it got too stinking hot and got distracted!  Getting a late start in the gardens here  haha!   Aaron, Rob, and Connor are supposed to come over tonight - Rob likes to do fireworks.  We haven't done them I think for 4 years? Bouv does not like them but it helps that he can stay in the house and I turn the TV on loud for him.  Plus out here where we live all year people are randomly shooting off cannons and guns 🙄 So he doesn't get too weird about it but he does not like it.  He hates thunder too. Crawls up tight next to mama when it thunders at night!  That's my boy!  I hope you have a good day.  Happy 4th! 🐾💓🤍💙

Morning sprinkles....must have had another strange dream, I woke up and then I woke Ed up to see if he was ok. I vaguely remembered doing it, and Ed said yes I touched him and when he woke up I asked if he was ok, then fell back asleep. Weird. I don't know why I dream so much and at times it is so vivid it seems real. I know Kathy appreciates all we do for her. She would do the same for us. It sounds like you had a good day, and another one on tap for today. I think Ed is going to get Kathy's mower today and try to do some maintenance on it. The day is still early. Ed requested chocolate chip cookies today. So tonights menu hamburgers, french fries and cucumbers with ranch dressing for dipping. He also wants me cook some liver and onions for him to take back for a meal next week. Tomorrow we will have BLT's and not sure what with that yet. Not as hot here today, we did get some rain overnight but I will have to water the front flower beds today. I will be going with Kathy on Monday for Mooch's appt. Night time sprinkles....what a full day. We both had stuff to do this morning, then we went out to Kathy's. Ed put her new ceiling fan up, took the tire off her mower and put the new one on, he fixed her drawer, and fixed her garage door. She asked him to bring her mower in and do some maintenance on it, not sure he will get to it this weekend. She was overjoyed with all he got done for her. So it was a full day. Another hot one. A very slim chance of a stray shower over night. Did you get your trimming done and have some time out by the pond? We have had a relaxing evening. We didn't get home until 4:30 so we knew it was too late for a nap so we just relaxed. Yes there is fireworks going on as we speak. Tomorrow night is the big display they put on out at the lake. We don't ever go. Always a nightmare trying to get out there, and then back home. Not mention the bugs. So we just stay home. It's not worth it. Sis does ok. She doesn't get overly anxious and takes it in stride pretty well. I'm grateful for that. Not sure what tomorrow will bring. My eyes are getting heavy, so imagine Dreamland isn't far off...will meet you there later. Sending prayers, love, hugs and kisses!
