Hi Dianne, "bonine" is the name of the OCT that I found. I got the Max Strength, which is 50 mg without a prescription. It has helped me a lot. I can even lie down without getting dizzy. The other times I've had it, it has taken several days before I could do that. It would be worth a try for her.
It's a nice day today, sunny and 77. I should be out doing something, but I don't think I'm that good yet. 😅
I mixed up a pound cake mix and took some strawberries out of the freezer to treat myself to some strawberry shortcake. That sounded so good. Not sure what I'll do for supper, probably a sandwich or some soup.

I hope you get to the book barn next weekend.
We have had a wet afternoon, no thunderstorms just steady rain which is very good for the garden.  I planted the two plants that I got at the flower show yesterday afternoon so today's rain was good for them.

Watered 😊 Woohoo you go girl well done. We had a massive poring of rain through the night and on and off during today. Stopped at the moment and is humid.
