Yeah, iv had the council out here years,ago to look at the tree,  they said its protected,  so I couldn't do anything about it. But I don't like how big it is,,and scared of it, my brother said to call the council tomorrow and tell them what's going on. The last tenant's reported petrol smell,  but can't remember the outcome. The neighbour said tell the police, but if i don't know who's doing it, then they will say they can't help.
