Tomorrow I'll go out for few groceries, but I'm steering clear of the charity shop then I won't be tempted again. lol

Glad Randy feeling better, he certainly keeps you on your toes.

I can imagine an inch of rain will be a lot for you. Is there a chance you'll flood or is your house high enough that you'll be OK. It's only once been that bad in my road and the houses about 12 away got flooded, fortunately mine is slightly higher. It also helps that our soil drains well so the rain can mostly get away OK.

I'm watching an old episode of Maigret, it's so old it's in black and white but still enjoyable. Auntie was telling me that she often watches some of the old programmes and I thought so do I and I know you like watching Raymond and Frazer maybe it's a getting older thing.

If this rain keeps up, and they reckon we've a 60% chance tomorrow, I can't see Daryn doing much to his back garden. It's still a dreadful mess from breaking up all the concrete. When he last spoke about it he was going to have a paved patio area and some grass. When he's not about I'll take a picture so we can watch the progress. As for the tomato plants, Sam will give me a couple later in the year. She's has a huge garden about half an acre and she's been clearing her vegetable beds ready for planting. She'll start planting the seeds in her green house anytime now but my tomatoes won't be ready for a while.

Hi Janet, it's been cold 36 mostly rain with a little snow this morning which never laid so it doesn't really count! I didn't bother to go out as there was nothing I needed and it was so miserable I decided to start a new puzzle. This one is called Dog Tired. I nearly started the Pooch Parlour one but this is a HOP and it won't take as long as that would and I need to get the heap down a bit!

I had a sad phone call today from Sue at the convent. The lady I take her to visit, who lives opposite my friend Sheila, died last night. I don't know when the funeral will be but I'll need to collect her and Sheila as they'll both want to go and neither has transport.

I've done some hoovering and dusting and decided I'd leave cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors until tomorrow. I'm sure you can tell I'm not that keen!
