I went to the charity shop to take a few puzzles and some voile curtain panels that I no longer needed. They were really pleased and I found a Wasjig I'd not seen before. Opps it's now hiding on a chair in the conservatory. I'll keep this one for Maggie and I to do after the current one is finished. I think I'd better start another puzzle to keep me out of trouble until Friday.

D is home, I've not seen him but his car was parked next to mine so I guess it will be back to work for him tomorrow.

I phoned Sheila and asked if she'd like to go and get her mattress topper this morning and she thought it a great idea. I was a little concerned when I picked her up at the number of shopping bags she brought with her but off we went to the shopping complex. At the first store we went to we found a topper that she liked, cushion pads for her kitchen chairs and a bedside light! The second was a supermarket and after we'd found a trolley load of things she needed we stopped for 20 minutes for a cuppa and snack after which I took her home, we'd been out 4 hours. Needless to say I'm exhausted but at least I now know why all the bags. Bless her LOLOL.

Hi Janet, I tried Mark again this morning. I was up and outside his shop just after he opened at 9, which for me is early. He said he'd take a look to see when my virus protection expires and apparently it has another 44 days to go so he said to come back then or I'd loose them as my year would start from today. I asked him if 'Janet' had been back and I also said what a nightmare she was. He said that he'd had to phone her when Microsoft sent an confirmation number to her mobile. He said she didn't want to tell him what it was???? He also said that he finally got her tablet set up yesterday but told her it wouldn't be ready until 10 this morning and she said can't you make it 9:45. Like I said the woman was a nightmare. Anyway I brought mine home and will take it back to him at the beginning of November.

Good morning, Janet. Thank you for your kind words regarding my Mom and myself. I really appreciate it. A hard time for sure at anniversaries of passings of loved ones. It’s raining today and muggy. I’m glad it’s raining because we need it. It’s a slow steady rain, the kind that I feel really soaks into the ground. This should help our crispy grass. We went to camp on Sunday and Larry checked on the bees. They are thriving and making honey…yay. He has the hives inside an electric fence to hopefully protect them from the bear if it comes back. We haven’t seen it in about a year so fingers crossed. I hope you enjoy your day💜
