I've almost finished the puzzle and might get it done tomorrow, then I can move on to the Pooch Parlour.

I've not seen Daryn today so maybe the garden won't be done this week. He spends half his time at Kath's and she spends the rest with him here. Why they don't just live together at one address I don't know, I guess they each like their own space.

Your garden is beginning to sounds like mine, once it starts getting warmer the weeds take over that's why I try very hard to keep them at bay this time of the year. That way as the new ones come up I can attack them and keep ahead. Maybe I could ask Alan if he could help Veronica with her weeds, maybe not you've been getting rain and we know he doesn't work when it might do that. LOL

We get some of the Alfred Hitchcock stories too, they come on before the Maigret I like to watch. I did record Charade with Cary Grant [big sigh] and Audrey Hepburn last week, heavens only knows when I'll watch it. It was made in 1963, now that didn't seem so long ago until I worked out it was 63 years!! I remember the Beverley Hillbillies but we don't get them, well not at the moment.

Small-Wishes watered the Supershroom, and spotted an Armadillo feeding on the Veggies!

Hi Janet it's been another cool one 39f and a few showers but no snow thank goodness.  They are saying it could be icy tonight and tomorrow night then get milder towards the weekend.

You say you never see Rowdy's wife, she sounds like Paul I can't remember the last time I saw him. The saddest thing is I walk past his bungalow nearly every day and his blinds are always shut. The only way I know he's OK is that I occasionally see the district nurse visit. Daryn says he could be in there unwell or worse and we'd not know. When Daryn walks past mine we always wave to each other and if Sue or Ian don't see my car move for a couple of days they come round just to check I'm OK. I'm incredibly grateful to them as when you live alone you could fall or be ill let's face it anything could happen! Talking of Daryn I took a picture of the garden this lunch time so you'll see it before he does anything.
