I did do a bit of the puzzle this evening and if we're in for all the rain they've forecast I should have time to get on with it Sunday. Tomorrow I'm giving the hall a miss as the coffee morning has been cancelled because they're having table top sale mid day. I asked Sheila if she'd like to go but she's not interested so we won't be going there, I'll have to stick to the charity shops!!

Daryn just posted on FB that he's on holiday for the next 5 days, he did mention it to me but I wasn't sure when it started. He also said he was going away for 2 days but I have no idea where, probably London as he comes from there. 

I've just checked and find I've walked almost 12000 steps today, that's a record for me, no wonder I'm shattered!! lol

Hi Janet, It's been another lovely day sunny with temps of almost 70 but tomorrow the rain arrives coming in from Florida, they're so generous with their weather this year. lol It's then supposed to rain until Tuesday, never mind I got the bed changed and all the laundry washed and line dried. I also did some shopping and visited Auntie, she seemed a bit better today. I have some cardboard boxes which I used to pack up
a lot of 'stuff' from my lobby cupboard and I offered them to my cousin for when they start to clear my uncle's house. Since he lived only 5 doors away from my Aunt I said I'd take them to her, put them in her garage and when he goes to visit her he can collect them.

I saw an interesting item on the local news this evening, they were saying that a dental practice about 30 miles from me put an advert on Facebook that they were taking on 200 national health patients and they had 16000 applicants in 16 hours, that's a good reflection of how desperate people are to get a dentist. I feel so lucky to have found my new one even though he's 20 odd miles away.

❤   thank you for your visit!  ツ The rain has begun here.  Tomorrow is supposed to be worse.  The city had the street sweeper out cleaning all the roads so the drains don't clog with leaves.  That is one great thing about our little city - it is always working at prevention of flooding, etc.  Not much new here.  I think that is almost always a good thing!  I'm glad you are getting the chance to enjoy your patio.  Is that little mouse gone now?
