I did see Paul a couple of days ago. I went to my car and he was disappearing through his back gate. He turned and I waved and said hello, I'm not sure if he saw me but I think he said something as he closed the gate. [It's over 5 feet tall]

I wrote 14 birthday cards today, I have 3 to post tomorrow and the rest are for November and December, I did them all and all I have to do now is to remember to take them or post them on time. I've done some of the puzzle it's called Home for Christmas and wrapped a few more parcels.

I'm just off to bed so I can get up at the crack of dawn, that's 7 o'cloclk to me. lol

Hi Janet, the dermatologist is very slow, I would have thought you'd have at least spoken to him. your health service sounds like it's almost as bad as ours.

I've stayed home again today but have my blood test in the morning at half past 8 so need I'll to be up and out early.

It's been in the low 50's again but at least it's not rained. I think my garden shed [store] is leaking again. I've had the original roof and 2 replacements in 10 years. Considering each should last 10 years I'm hoping I'm wrong. I was in there today and thought there was a little water on my garden tools so I've covered them with a sheet of plastic and will keep checking to see if it gets wet. If it does it will mean another replacement. I'll have a chat with Ian [opposite] as he had an unusual rubber roof to his extension and his shed and he reckons it's wonderful and should last a life time. I'm not sure if that's my life time or a gerbil's...average life span 2 to 4 years! lol
