I saw Mark and he was ultra pleased as I took him some gingernuts and some chocolate biscuits, next time I think of something different, that man really likes his biscuits. On my way out I said I'd see him soon and he laughed he knows what a disaster I can be on a laptop.

With you saying you'd like a screened patio made me think I might look into having a porch cover above the front door, I'll see how much of a problem the rain is going to be, it never leaked until recently but then we didn't get many westerly storms now we seem to get them more often. I'll think about it!

I still haven't seen Daryn, he now comes home after dark so I don't tend to see him other than at a weekend. I'll send a pic of the last puzzle and this time try to get it right. LOL

It's a pity about Christopher needing a cane, I use one most of the time but I'm much older than him. The only good thing I find is that people hold doors open for me and sometimes cars will stop to let me cross the road. I also find in the supermarket if I can't reach things I turn it round and pull stuff to the front of the shelf with the handle, so they can be useful. Unfortunately he's had a bad time in the last year and he must be feeling like he'll never recover.

Hi Janet, it's been about 60 today and tomorrow it should be slightly milder. I had my blood taken and this time I asked her what they were testing for. OMG sugar levels, thyroid, kidneys, cholesterol and something else I can't remember. If I pass we'll know I'm alive. LOL 
I did a little shopping and stopped by the charity shop and found 2 wasjigs I'd not seen before, I really must stop going in there, we're almost on christian name terms.

I stopped by at aunties but she was out. I remember she does go walking with my cousin Elizabeth on a Wednesday so I suspect that's where she was. Since I need to go to the library tomorrow, I'll try again only last week on Thursday she went shopping with a friend. Her friends are very good, she has more outings now she doesn't drive than she did before.
