I'm taking the laptop to Mark first thing tomorrow. It needs it's annual service and the virus protection is running out. I stopped by his shop this morning to check he had time tomorrow and he said bring it along. I'm not sure how much longer he'll keep going, he's past retirement age and keeps telling me he's thinking of a 4 day week so I was surprised to see him open today. He says that the local government taxes are making it not worth his while.

I'm going Wednesday for my blood works, I have to see the nurse sometime next week and I also have a dental appointment on Monday, wow what a week. LOL

Hi Janet, loved the pictures of Death Valley it looks like you had a good day. I went out early to get some shopping done and it started to rain so I wasn't too surprised when Alan failed to turn up. I was home in time just in case. It's very annoying as it was only a little shower and it's been dry for the rest of the day. I did ask Sue if she was happy with him and she and her hubby like him, mind you Alan says he has to look around to find something to do at theirs, she tends to do a lot of it herself.

I phoned up the company that fitted my front door just over a year ago as I'm getting water in. It's be coming in at the bottom, well I think so, anyway Paul, the boss says he'll get someone to call when they're this way. Since it's not a flood I'm not too worried and they're nice people.

I've worked on the 'Spending Pennies' puzzle and must get it finished in the next couple of days as Maggie's coming Friday and I'll need to have a new one just started.
