Gosh I can't believe it's 11 o'clock, where did the evening go. I've not had time to do any more of the puzzle and I certainly won't have any tomorrow so it's looking like the kittens will have to wait until Sunday!

It reached about 50 today and tomorrow will be cooler I should remember we're still in March and get the occasional frosty morning. I've decided I'd never survive your temperatures even at this time of year or in the shade of the Palo Verdi.

I managed to get some of the outstanding tablets, fortunately I phoned the surgery this morning and she said the prescription hadn't been signed. I mentioned that I would be out of them by Monday and when I called in at the pharmacy this afternoon they said the prescription had come through unfortunately they didn't have enough to fill it and would I go back on Monday for the outstanding tablets. I was just pleased to have enough to last a couple of weeks. It is a worry to think drugs are in short supply and I have an awful feeling this is just the start of it.

Hi Janet, I'm looking for an earlyish night as I'm out in the morning and need to be up at 7, which is early for me, I'm and 8 o'clock riser, but then I don't normally go to bed before half past 12. 

I had lunch with my friends which went on for over 3 hours, I guess you could say we get on well. I got the local paper then went on to see auntie. I didn't get home until almost 7 so it was good I'd eaten lunch time.

Tomorrow I'll see Ness and visit Sheila for lunch then I'm going to Sam's. As I thought Henry is busy Monday in the nets for cricket and he doesn't want to miss it so she's having Tess her family and me over for hot dogs, beans and chips!  [Henry's choice!] I've promised to do 'the game' and apparently that makes me an awesome aunt.
