I had a great St. P's day - I wore a green shirt I bought in Ireland and reminisced with my singing friends who traveled to Ireland with me last summer.

Little Green Men sprinkled your garden~~

I'm going to see my cousin Christine and her husband, Malcom, tomorrow, he's just out of hospital after collapsing with a viral infection. I've got a couple of books I think he might enjoy so I'll take those along and it will give me something to keep me occupied in the morning.

I did do a little bit of the puzzle it's going to be a monster, never mind I'm sure it will be fun too and that edge piece is still missing.

Those pictures of Christopher's foot look nasty! He must have been in a lot of pain. That is the problem when you damage an ankle it can take an age to heal. I hope he's soon skipping about on it, well maybe not skipping but walking!

Hi Janet, I cleaned the bathroom first thing then went shopping. Not that I bought anything exciting but when I got home I thought I was a bit tired looked at my step counter to find I'd walked 7000 steps and I've just checked it again and it says I've walked over 9000 and 5.70km that's about 3 and a half miles, no wonder I'm tired!!

I'd been home about an hour when I got a phone call from the hospital. They'd had a cancellation tomorrow and asked if I'd go and see the gastric surgeon in the General Surgery Clinic at 3 in the afternoon. It's a bit worrying as I was told I wouldn't be seeing him for another 10 weeks, now I'm wondering why it's so fast. Oh well no good borrowing trouble it might be OK.
