Poppy - Central Coast NSW Australia watered the Halloween Flower, and spotted a Bat feeding on the Bird Mix!

On my way home I took a slight diversion to a large garden centre that sells not only plants but clothes, kitchen things, masses of Christmas decorations, birthday cards, jigsaws and crockery, it's a bit like a large superstore just very basic with concrete floors. I didn't need anything but just like to have a wander around it. I did buy a couple of birthday cards and 2 Christmas decorations. When I take them out of their packaging and put them on my unit I'll send a pic.

I have managed to put a few pieces in the puzzle, all the snow and sky is going to be a pain!

Hi Janet, you poor thing, you've been through the mill with Randy's illness. All the clearing up and cleaning must be exhausting. It's good that he got an appointment, lets hope this vet knows what he's doing.

I had Pippa come this morning and my feet are lovely and comfortable. D wants to see her and she tells me she has a clinic in the evenings which will suit him.

I went to see my cousin, Judith, and she's doing really well after her hip replacement. She tells me she has muscle pain which I didn't have after my op but she's so pleased that the hip no longer hurts. She does think she'll need to walk with a stick, well she's 78 and if she's pain free a stick is not such a bad option. I admit I use one now and again it just depends how the legs are feeling.  After I left her I went about 6-7 miles down the roads to see Sam.  Tessa was also there and she'd made chicken soup for us all including Jordan, Sam's hubby who was working from home.

❤   thank you for your visit!  ツ 🎃  I hope you can find someone that you really trust to help you with Randy.  I haven't even grown one pumpkin yet!  I'd better get going on one before Halloween.  I have one superfood left so maybe I'll make a plan to start at least one.  The peanut brought back memories of getting a handful of peanuts in the shell when we were out trick or treating many, many years ago.  I hadn't thought of that in a very long time.  One neighbour would make the candy apples with the red coating and another would make rice krispie squares. Those molasses toffees wrapped in Halloween paper ... remember those?  We also got fruit - either a pear or an apple.  So funny because we lived on an orchard surrounded by other orchards.  Mom would drive us to the end of each orchard road and we'd walk to the houses in the dark. So spooky.
