Sorry about the late post, sometimes during the day I write it on my back wall as I think of things then post it in the evening when I sit down, only I forgot to send it. I try not to spend too much time on here, if I sit down in the morning I can waste so much time I find it best to leave it until evening.
Vivien, the lady Maggie and I met on holiday was originally from Norfolk, about 50 miles or so away but she loved Scotland so much she relocated there just after our last holiday. She does live in care and usually stays a couple of weeks with a client while their family go on holiday. She loved the hotel we stayed in so much she considered working for them. I don't think staying in a place and working there would be quite the same. She told me that she'd applied but they turned her down as most of the other workers were very young and she wouldn't have fitted in. She still goes there on holiday as I see her posts on FB. and she comes down and stays nearby for a few weeks in the summer, I think she has relatives in this area.
