I would rather the snow to ice. I was in town earlier to collect a few bits & pieces but I took the bus. I have these snow trax things which slip over the sole of your footwear and grip to the surface of the pavements & stop you slipping. They're great. There's only a bus once an hour now so I went in with Colin when he was going to work but had to go for a cup of tea in a cafe as it was too cold to stand & wait for a bus. I think I have a pair of these hand warmers somewhere that I've never used...are they good? Was Sleeping Beauty the panto? I hope you enjoyed it. We got tickets for Garth Brooks at Hyde Park in June as a Christmas present. I've booked flights to Heathrow but still have to book a hotel. I was wondering about somewhere in Covent Garden? It seems to be on the Piccadilly line which we can get from Heathrow and which also goes to Hyde Park. It would be so much easier if he was playing in Glasgow. Lol x

Hi Carol, hope all is well. No more snow here but it's bitterly cold. Even with warm gloves on my hands were frozen when out with the dogs at 4pm. The snow we do have is now all crispy. I think it's heading further south now. You'll be going you don't get it. Colin is back to work today. He was phoning me when I was out with the dogs & said the road is black on the way to Skye. Hopefully it doesn't turn icy later xx
