We had chicken for dinner today too, in a white wine, lemon, and butter sauce with some herbs and artichoke hearts, it was really good.
Oh, you have to love fresh eggs! I often get them from my friend who keeps chickens, they are so good.
Just watching the figure skating again tonight, then I have a few shows to catch up on that I have recorded.
