Sometimes in our lives things happen that affect us. Maybe we do not realise this at the time, and so things build up within us. A practise that may help is that at the end of each day, we should say,  " I surrender all that does not serve me or the greater good and I let it go with Love". This way, you are helping yourself to have a more positive and loving life. xx

Good evening Annie I am glad you have had a good day with some better weather. It has been a lovey day here too, a taste of Spring, dry and sunny and a lot warmer.  Pippin and I enjoyed our walk and he didn't wear his coat today.  Sorry to hear your son is unwell, there are still lots of things going around, he was wise to stay at home and not spread the flu to you and your husband.  I think we did well at the Olympics too, a shame the curlers missed out but they can be proud of what they accomplished.  Thank you for the congrats to me and Pippin, he was shattered last night lol.  Silver will be next which we have already started work on but I will wait a while before I consider it, there is no hurry. I have had a restful afternoon, watching what was left of the Olympics and I am watching the closing ceremony.  Behind in here again, perhaps I will catch up now there is no Olympics.  Enjoy your evening and sleep well.
