Hi Stephanie!  Yes, we're breaking all sorts of records over here.  London has a rare Red Warning for extreme heat.  The rest of us have an Amber one, although there's not much difference.  Wherever we are it's bloody hot, lol! xxx

Hi Stephanie, we've just come back from a lovely swim.at the beach. It was wonderful to feel cool for a short while. Bit of irony, they had to cancel a meeting on global warming and climate change in London today due to it being too hot to host it!! Scary times x

England were such a disappointment. They just didn't seem to have any ideas! .. we're watching the Canada game on our tablet in the garden. They are playing well. Everything crossed for them and for Scotland later.
